One consideration to test in your design is how well it can be read in low light and by old people or people without good vision. Dark against light is easier to read than light against dark. So always print a proof and then test it. Customer satisfaction will bring more business by word or mouth.
Is this a two-sided card we are seeing?
This looks like a good design to me. Simple and subtle can have major impact and be less distracting than fancy art. The primary purpose is for customers to be able to quickly find the information they want, and easily read it. A good design makes sure that happens.
